What We Do

J&J Machine machines parts from blue prints and 3d cad models. Parts can be machined from billet material, castings, extrusions, or forgings of any material type your parts require.  We also provide the manufacturing of foundry tooling for your casting jobs. We work closely with foundries to provide you with high quality machined castings.  We will take care of any post processes that your parts may require including, x-ray, dye penetrate testing, painting, powder coating, E-coat, zinc plating, nickel plating, conversion chromate, passivation, black oxide, resin impregnation, grinding, helicoil installation and more. J&J Machine custom builds all fixturing and work holding at our facility in case design changes are made. We will work closely with your engineering team to provide insight into making parts more manufacturable to help keep costs and lead time low. In case the unforeseen happens and a revision needs to be made while the parts are in process we can accommodate those changes by working with your engineers and in many cases no additional costs are incurred. We can then PPAP your parts and provide you electronic data of all the machined dimensions back to a ballooned drawing. We also can provide capability studies when required.
